About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, as Admin and Finance Manager (15 month contract) you will work closely with the Admin Team and provide support to the Financial Controller and the Management Team.
Key responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's Admin Department;Balance sheet reconciliations and variance resolution;Maintenance of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers;Create general reports for management reporting, including end of month reports;Accounts payable, including communication with vendors;Weekly payroll processing and preparation of monthly payroll reports;Calculation and processing of monthly commissions for sales employees;Monitoring and maintaining a high standard of customer service within the Admin Department;Support and backup to the Financial Controller, as required.Skills required:- Ideally you will have Automotive Industry knowledge and experience;Experience with Pentana software would be advantageous;Proven knowledge and experience in an accounts/finance/administrative; Formal accounting/admin qualifications would be considered an advantage;Advanced Microsoft Office skills;High level of attention to detail;Strong interpersonal and communication skills;Excellent time management and organisational skills;Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.An attractive remuneration package will be offered to secure an experienced professional individual.
