Ready Resources has a new and exciting opportunity for an Admin / Scheduler to join the team!

You will Need: Experience in working within a busy scheduling environment.Critical eye with detailed analytical ability.Strong computer literacy and data entry skills using bookings platform, & Excel.Problem-solving skills.Confident communication skills.Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.Ability to work in a team environment.A flexible and adaptable work ethic.Strong time management and organisational skills.The Role: Deal directly with clients when booking in technicians for service work on their sites across Perth.Accurately booking in customer details.Be the first point of contact when communicating internally & externally.Utilise the functions of booking systems to coordinate the electrical team.Liaise with the electrical team to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently.Making and taking phone calls.Sending and responding to emails.Basic data entry if needed.Assist with client and Site Manager queries.Maintain strong relationships with company suppliers.What's in it for you?
