40 hours a week; Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time; 8 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description Dive into the fast-paced world of automotive parts as a Full-time Admin Assistant. You'll be the linchpin of daily operations, managing customer orders, coordinating with the warehouse, and driving customer satisfaction. This role offers a unique blend of administrative prowess and industry insight, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the automotive sector. You'll also flex your creative muscles with social media management and travel coordination, making each day diverse and engaging. Responsibilities Process incoming customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with the warehouse team to confirm order receipt and oversee picking and packing. Provide customers with delivery information and expected timelines. Respond to customer inquiries about lead times for out-of-stock items, managing expectations and maintaining satisfaction. Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) on a weekly basis. Research and obtain quotes for business travel accommodations and transportation. Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall business operations.

Requirements Basic knowledge of the automotive industry or enthusiasm to learn quickly. Strong written communication skills in English. Proficiency in email management and common office software. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
