Help shape the future of children in our care
As one of our highly valued Admin Assistants with our QUT Kelvin Grove centre, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly and continues to support children to become confident lifelong learners.
Working 10 hours per week, you'll be a friendly first point of contact for visitors to our centre. You'll assist with administrative and financial tasks, such as managing enrolment records, and contribute to our inclusive, kind and collaborative team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

What you'll bring
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will be a great communicator with the ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
You will also hold:
A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
A current drivers licence.
Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these – C&K will cover the cost).
We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
