Acumen Health is the sole provider of Occupational Rehabilitation Services to the ADF.About the role:Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will make your footprint across our most high-profile military portfolio.
Support current ADF members and Veterans return to work and return to wellness:Provide leadership, coaching and development opportunities for our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation ConsultantsDevelop relations and provide account management within the ADF and DVAProvide on-site support to locations within your remitImplement & monitor strategies to maintain quality & compliance standardsAchieve business, human capital and financial goals for the team.Building excellence in people is at the heart of this role.
Primarily located on-base with the team at HMAS Kuttabul, with some ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or emerging leader currently working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.As a Team Manager you will understand that meeting the needs of our customer is definitive to our commercial success.
You will collaborate with our major client The Australian Defence Force to deliver exceptional service across this portfolio.
