The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager, Operations and Project Managers in the planning, executing, and monitoring security projects. Your efforts will ensure the successful delivery of these projects, meeting both business and client requirements. This full-time, permanent position is essential for achieving project deliverables, coordinating resources and maintaining positive client experiences with AG Security Group.

Role Requirements Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.Monitor project works programs, schedules, cost controls, resources, budgets, subcontractors, service suppliers and procurement.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines; conduct quality and audits.Create and review specifications, plans, drawings and other project and safety documentation.Complete contract administration and project reporting requirements.Perform site audits and associated reporting.Engage in effective problem solving and reporting to achieve safe, commercial and economical project outcomes.Ensure all necessary administration and project-related documentation is completed for every project.
Licences Required:
Driver's licenceWhite cardAbout You Tertiary qualifications in project administration, construction management or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the security or construction environment.Highly proficiency in computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced skills in Autodesk AutoCAD are advantageous.Strong organisational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and external partners.Ability to develop effective forms, spreadsheets and tools.Positive attitude and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.Able to work independently and take initiative.What We Offer Workplace flexibilityAn opportunity to build on your existing expertise, grow in your role and further progress a rewarding career as a part of our teamGreat people, culture, workplace, conditions and technologyOur Team Members take a great deal of personal pride in their work.
