Our client is a privately owned group of companies consisting of a dedicated team committed to delivering high quality commercial construction and industrial electrical, telecommunications and security projects.

This professionally operated organisation has operated within the industry for over 20 years, growing to be a major player in the industry, with four offices and a track record of successfully delivering multi-million-dollar landmark projects.

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an Accounts Officer to join their accounts department.

Primary ObjectivesReporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you primarily responsible for processing company payroll for all staff, as well as the following duties:
Processing accounts payable and receivables Attending to accounts administration tasks

Key Skills and AttributesThe successful candidate will be highly organised, passionate, and enjoy contributing to the successful administrative operations of a company.

You will have previous administration and accounts experience, and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Experience in payroll processes - Essential Previous experience using MYOB - Essential Previous experience in a similar role Positive attitude and attention to detail including understanding and following directions Ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to communicate well and work closely with a team Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word) Register your interest for this position by applying now, using the prompts.
