ADMATIC is a digital, audience lead agency with the objective of understanding and engaging existing, and potential customers through a singular view of their interaction, with media, message, platforms and brand assets, which in turn drives our clients demonstrable growth.The Activations Specialist is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of programmatic & paid social campaigns, demonstrating your knowledge of the programmatic market from DSP to SSP, paid social landscape, ad operation functions & ad tech supplier relationships to deliver best in market programmatic and paid social campaigns, optimization, and analysis for our clients.A typical day will see you working on a range of clients from varying industries, bringing together their multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across paid social, programmatic display, video, audio and OOH. Being an independent agency, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple different DSPs and many ad tech platforms. We'd like you to bring your thoughts & opinions to the table when it comes to ad tech decisions.You will be expected to take responsibility and autonomy for the campaigns that you are trading, having autonomy on how you plan, set up, execute and optimise your campaigns. Day to day you'll be working in a small dynamic team, and establish yourself as the trusted activations trader in the agency and with clients.This role reports into the Activations Director.Core ResponsibilitiesDaily campaign performance monitoring, identifying and implementing new media inventory and data sources to maximise our clients digital budgets according to the campaign KPI.Support account strategy planning, working with the client services team to develop the client road-map, identifying new opportunities and media innovations for our clients.Implement and launch campaigns that align with all requirements and goals of the client.Provide inputs and insight around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of trading platform to achieve goals.Be comfortable communicating with our clients across all aspects of campaign implementation and performance.Develop an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic industry and client business needs.Stay abreast of market developments and be able to articulate and present these as meaningful opportunities for our clients.Responsibility for ensuring all ad operation elements are set up correctly according to ADMATIC best practice (Adserving, Floodlights, UTMs, naming conventions,) implementation, QA, and troubleshooting.Deploy and monitor ADMATIC's digital reporting solution and other key reports regularly, using data to make improvements to campaign performance.The ideal candidate's experience1-3 years experience in a programmatic or social trading role.Experience in a second digital area, or paid search highly regarded.Strong knowledge of digital ad tech & operations that includes real-time bidding, ad serving, and tag management.DSP platform certification highly desirable.Experience of running your own campaigns, developing strategies and optimising for performance.Comfortable working with campaign data to drive insightful reporting and recommendations.Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done in a small team.Why work for us?We offer flexible working to everyone at all levels, and mean it.
