The Opportunity Nestlé Purina is seeking a Trade Activation Manager to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the National Trade Activation Manager, this role is integral to implementing the Go-To-Market Trade Activation strategy across the Total Business.
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute effective shopper conversion strategies tailored to key customer accounts.Design and implement engaging point-of-sale (POS) and digital suites, along with tools to support field teams in delivering exceptional execution.Manage creative development and print production, ensuring alignment with the PFME budget.Collaborate with brand & customer teams to translate brand plans into compelling shopper-centric activations, ensuring alignment with customer execution plans.A Day in the Life… Serve as the primary point of contact for Trade Activation initiatives across all brands, overseeing campaigns from ideation to execution.Manage and maintain the Trade Activation calendar to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Design and develop best-in-class point-of-sale (POS) materials and creative assets to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.Leverage shopper insights to conceptualise and implement impactful activation ideas and strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.Actively contribute to the development and execution of brand plans.Manage agency partnerships effectively, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with objectives.Follow financial processes, including raising and receipting purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner and managing budgets.Perform post-campaign analysis, providing actionable insights and sharing results with relevant stakeholders.Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations, incorporating learnings into post-campaign reports and future planning.What will make you successful: Degree qualified with 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales and/or Marketing or Agency; operational and/or field experience is a plus.Strong project management and process skills.Proficient in financial tracking.Computer savvy, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.Proactive and capable of working independently.Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
