Direct Marketing & CRM (Marketing & Communications) Full time This role will support the execution of customer and broker events that will improve customer satisfaction. In addition, the Activation and Engagement Coordinator will be required to elevate and develop customer activity whilst creatively translating our Commercial customer value propositions.
Key Accountabilities: Supporting the Senior Manager, Customer AdvocacyCo-ordinate the delivery of insights, reports, collateral and content for Business Banking customersCollaborate with stakeholders across the business on events, sponsorships and reporting from initial concept to deliveryExecute and track outcomes of local marketing activities and events, ensuring they are positioned appropriately and managed effectivelyDeliver a great banker and customer experience while staying within budgetDevelop innovative, strategic ideas for Commercial Bank event themes, topics, and client-centric needsWhat do I need? The successful candidate will have:
Background or degree in marketing, communications, event management or financial services preferredProficiency in Adobe or similar productsExperience with an agency preferredPassion about creating amazing and unique customer experiencesWillingness to travel within Australia for eventsWhat's it like to work there?
