What you'll doAs the Centre Support Team Leader, you will be at the heart of the Bathurst Centre's operations, driving efficiency and excellence. Your leadership will ensure that our Centre runs seamlessly and that both our internal team and external clients receive great customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Fostering a Strong Customer Service Culture: Lead by example to create a professional, client-focused environment that is attentive, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of those we serve.Leading and Supporting the Administrative Team: Provide clear guidance, training, and mentorship to administrative staff, ensuring high standards in all Centre support activities.Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Oversee workplace safety, maintaining a safe and efficient environment in line with best practices and standards.Building Regional Presence and Partnerships: Act as a key point of contact in the region, promoting our services effectively, and strengthening collaborations with other organisations to enhance service delivery.DetailsPermanent part-time role based in Bathurst4 days a week, Monday – ThursdayApprox $43 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 11.5% super + 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.Extra annual leave days between Christmas and New YearWhat you'll bringQualifications in a relevant field and/or supervisory experienceExperience in running an office environment, multi-tasking and prioritising work for self and othersExperience in delivering and improving quality customer service to internal/external stakeholdersAdvanced knowledge and expertise in computer technology, data and financial management systems, and reportingHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailCapacity to develop and maintain effective professional and influential working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhy work with us?Make a genuine difference to the relationship wellbeing of individuals, couples and families every day!Strong clinical and supervision framework to deepen our practice excellenceWork alongside people who truly care about what you achieve.
