Our marketing team plays a critical role in building our brand and driving demand across the Australian job market. As part of our next phase of growth, we're looking for an Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead our customer acquisition strategies, working across both B2B and B2C channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies targeting both businesses seeking talent and job seekers across various industries.Demand Generation: Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, content marketing) that drive qualified leads and fuel Sharp & Carter's growth.Performance Marketing: Manage and optimise digital ad spend across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to maximize ROI and minimise cost-per-lead.Campaign Management: Design, implement, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that support lead nurturing, conversion, and long-term engagement.Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data to drive decision-making, regularly reporting on KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.Client Segmentation: Develop and constantly optimise customer personas and segmentation strategies to create personalised, relevant marketing experiences.Collaboration: Partner with recruitment consultants and client services teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.Brand Positioning: Work closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with our brand identity across all touchpoints.Key Skills & Requirements:Experience in acquisition marketing, with both in-house and agency-side experience valued.Proven success in demand generation for both B2B and B2C sectors.Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.Experience managing multi-channel campaigns focused on customer acquisition.Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation platforms.Strong budget management skills, with the ability to optimise digital marketing investments.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Why Join Us?Sharp & Carter has an uncommon approach to recruitment.
