At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.About the RoleThe Credit Card Acquisition Manager (Digital and Partnerships) will be responsible for defining the strategy for acquiring Credit Card customers through Digital channels and Partnership offers/ loyalty programs and executing a plan that will deliver the optimum mix of product and channel sales to drive front book revenue growth.You will lead the relationship with our delivery partners in Digital Sales Experience and Strategic Partnerships and align acquisition plans and objectives with the broader Retail and Everyday Banking Strategy.
You will also collaborate with the Credit Risk and Operations team to improve the approval rates of newly acquired customers.This role will optimise the acquisition experience for digital channels to ensure a seamless experience for customers applying for a new credit card.Role ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the acquisition strategy for consumer credit cards, focusing on Digital channels and Partnership offers/loyalty programs.Actively manage key strategic partners and external affiliates to acquire customers.Create financial year plans aligned with finance, product, and customer engagement to meet financial objectives.Monitor the performance of acquisition cohorts and evolve the acquisition strategy based on data points.Identify opportunities to improve cost of acquisition and customer engagement.Utilize key partners to understand performance vs. competitors and identify growth opportunities.Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and plan for upcoming changes.Lead monthly results and alignment sessions with key business partners.Communicate frequently with stakeholders and maintain a reporting cadence.RequirementsExperience in credit card acquisition or retail lending products.Commercial acumen and experience with data to drive acquisition opportunities.Experience in digital customer journey optimisation.Leadership experience in complex project delivery.Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Experience in a financial services environment.Ability to lead and motivate teams in resource-constrained environments.Knowledge of Australia Retail product lines.At ANZ, a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, and we welcome applications from everyone, encouraging discussions about any adjustments required in our recruitment process or the role itself.You can apply for this role by visiting ANZ Careers and searching for reference number 82076.
