EL1 Project Manager – Fleet Vehicles – Government Department Long term contract position Pay rate negotiable, 37.5 hour a week position Join a collaborative team.
ACM Healthcare is working on behalf of a Federal Government Department in Canberra to engage an experienced Project Officer to assist the Civilian Armoured Vehicle (CAV) team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Armoured Vehicle (AV) team, business areas and technical experts to successfully deliver a range of service improvements and capabilities for CAVs.
The department operates and manages a fleet of over 100 CAVs constructed by a variety of armourers in over 20 locations internationally.
The CAV's are distributed throughout various locations around the world.
The CAV fleet is managed by a team located in the Canberra office.
Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of communication plans, create content for various channels, and ensure clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and project plans, supporting the successful implementation of project initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, guidelines and other resources that deliver business outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.
Develop and maintain a service-oriented culture that provides high quality, reliable and timely support to the CAV Team.
Design and produce infographics to support project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
Vehicle fleet management experience essential.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in creating infographics and other visual aids.
Experience in change management practices and principles.
Experience in developing project plans.
Please note: This is a security designated position and specified Personnel will be required to hold a current Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance prior to commencement.
