About the Role:
Our client is looking for an motivated, hungry and driven Accredited Family Law Specialist to become an integral part of their expert top team. In this role, you will manage a broad spectrum of family law cases, including:
Divorce and separation proceedings
Child custody and parenting arrangements
Property settlements and financial disputes
Spousal maintenance
Domestic violence cases
Financial agreements
Mediation and dispute resolution
You will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to the firm's continuous growth and success.
Key Requirements:
Accreditation as a Family Law Specialist (Highly desirable)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in family law (In private practice)
Proven track record in managing complex and high-profile cases
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
Ability to management and train a team of 5+ Lawyers
Capability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Dedication to client service and achieving the best outcomes
