You'll have the opportunity to work closely with a highly capable and skilled Finance Manager who will be a mentor for those seeking professional growth.ResponsibilitiesMentor and train team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.Prepare and present financial reports, including ageing reports and weekly status updates to management.Review and provide commercial sign-off on trade credit applications to ensure compliance with risk management policies.Oversee and expedite the resolution of payment issues, managing follow-up communications and customer account statements.Lead the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline financial processes.Identify and execute strategies for efficiency gains, driving process improvements within the finance team.Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and professional expertise while promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.Candidate ProfileYou'll ideally have a strong foundation in credit control as well as some people leadership or supervisory skills.
