The Accounts and Recruitment Officer will support both the Business Support and People and Culture Branch, through undertaking a range of accounts, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and WH&S responsibilities.

Ability to work under direction from the Manager Business Support/People and Culture Sound understanding of payroll and accounts payable Sound understanding of awards and Fair Work conditions. Good oral and written communication skills Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people Proficiency and experience in using a range of software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Email), including a computerised HR/Payroll system. Desirable Experience using Reckon accounting software or similar software Experience in Recruitment and Onboarding software (HRIS) Additional requirements Current NSW Drivers licence.
