You will support the accounting and wider finance team in delivering accurate and timely information for decision-making. With an excellent eye for detail, you will lead a team located in multiple locations to accurately report the Group's accounts receivable, sales & banking and intercompany transaction activities. You will provide quality customer service to all areas of the business as well as to our external stakeholders.Some key responsibilities include:Lead month-end sales recognition procedures, including sales journal and invoice raisingBank reconciliationsAccounts receivable managementAssisting in external audit preparation and requirementsIf you are someone who loves leading a team of like-minded, numbers driven individuals and have a passion for providing high-level customer experiences, then apply within.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Team Leader / Specialist role within a global, multi-currency retailerQualifications in relevant field preferred (Accounting / Commerce).Postgraduate qualifications (Accounting / Commerce) are advantageous but not essential.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products.Great understanding of general ledger and accounting processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate successfully with all areas of the organizationAbility to lead and coach a team to achieve resultsOUR CULTURE Here at the Cotton On Group our people are at the heart of everything we do.
