Efficiency Partners is a high-end bookkeeping firm with a solid reputation built from our incomparable standard and level of service provided to our clients Australia wide.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Client Manager to join our motivated and professional team.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver a high-quality bookkeeping service to a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries. Experience with managing a multiple client base is essential for this role.
The successful applicant must be eager and willing to learn new skills and display initiative. Experience in Xero and MYOB is required, as well as the ability to quickly learn new software. We require someone who is able to problem-solve, has an extremely high attention to detail, displays high levels of accuracy, and is able to bring a sociable and welcoming disposition to our already friendly team.
Our Successful Applicant Minimum of 5 years experience in either public practice or a senior bookkeeping role in a bookkeeping firm Must have managed a multiple client base Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles High level of experience with using Xero and MYOB Highly developed organisational skills and a methodical approach to completing work Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Tech savvy and able to learn new software programs quickly Self-motivated Ability to work autonomously Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Ability to solve problems and provide practical solutions to create value High attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships (both internally and externally), and quickly establish rapport Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive outlook Eager and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the role Must have a home office setup with fast internet and dual screens. Work from the comfort of your own home. Monday to Friday, full time or part time.
