Job Description Key responsibilities for the role include:
Invoice Management: Generate and send invoices to students or parents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Payment Processing: Record and process incoming payments, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers, ensuring they are applied correctly to student accounts.Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable records with bank statements and internal records to resolve discrepancies.Customer Communication: Address and resolve inquiries or issues related to billing and payments from students, parents, or guardians.Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions, including invoices, payments, and correspondence.Reporting: Prepare and analyse reports on accounts receivable status, including outstanding balances and reports.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will:
Have extensive experience in accounts receivable, including expertise in invoice management, payment processing, and account reconciliation.Display exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping.Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for addressing and resolving billing inquiries and payment issues with students, parents, or guardians.Hold a current Police Check and Working with Children Check to ensure student safety and comply with school regulations.What's on Offer What's on offer for the candidate:
