About your new job:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an end-to-end debtors role.
Responsibilities include:
Managing email and actioning payment queries Banking & allocation of payments Invoicing/billings Handle inquiries – internal and external stakeholders Collection calls / reminder calls on overdue invoices Processing credits Bank and debtor reconciliations About you:
You will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role.
Specifically, you will possess the following:
Previous experience in an end-to-end credit / AR role Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and have strong organisational skills Exposure to large ERP systems Proficient in Excel What is in it for you!
