Join our Accounts team within our Wholesale department (Professional Solutions) as an Accounts Receivable Officer!
Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment ideally within the retail industry.

Requirements for Success Follow up on overdue accounts, maintaining professional and courteous communicationProactive collection of payments in line with company policyMonitor and reconcile AR accounts to ensure up-to-date recordsIssuing customer statementsReconciling accountsResolving complex queries and disputesAssist in generating AR reports for managementCommunicating with internal and external points of contactCollaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queriesFoster positive relationships with clients/customers to facilitate a smooth payment processAd hoc tasks as assigned by managementSkills & Experience To be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable and/or debt collection role.
You will also require the following:
