Accounts Receivable Officer $36+ P/H

Our client is one of the largest wholesale distributors of internationally respected Boating, Lifestyle, and Adventure products and is on the lookout for their next Accounts Receivable Officer in Murarrie! This role is for an immediate start, Mon to Fri 8am to 4:30pm.
Job Description: Processing accounts receivable and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
Preparing bills receivable, invoices, cash sales, and bank deposits.
Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients' billing issues.
Completing the setup of new accounts and receiving correct paperwork.
Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Skills Required: Proven work experience as accounts receivable.
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
