About the Company: Our rehabilitation centres are in both Perth and Bunbury, Western Australia – and we are continuing to expand.
We are a transdisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals that specialise in treating adults and children. Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Dietitians, Social Workers and Therapy Assistants.

About the Role: This is a fast-paced role that requires high level of organisation, problem solving proficiency, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will maintain end-to-end ownership of their workflow, as well as the willingness to efficiently overcome challenges as they arise. Proficiency in Xero is required for this role. Highly desirable is also experience in the NDIS sector, and various client funding types.
We value candidates with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. As a representative of the Company, you play an integral role in maintaining important relationships with our clients, their families and caregivers, staff and external stakeholders.
This is an on-site or remote, part time position, ideally working 2 days a week, but the role can be adjusted for the ideal candidate. You will work closely with our Administration Team, including our Accounts Payable Officer, clients liaison staff and Financial Controller.
Your daily duties will include: Identify discrepancies and resolve client and plan manager invoicing issues.Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending invoice reminders and contacting clients as required. Issuing client statements at regular intervals for selected clients.Reviewing therapist calendars to ensure timely arrival of appointments (following up with Line Management routinely). Documentation required: NDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children's Check Part time position (15 hours per week). Salary determined based on years of experience, as well as areas of specialisation.
