Accounts Receivable

Details of the offer

Looking to take your finance admin skills to the next level in a business that's kicking goals across South Australia and beyond? Love the idea of owning Accounts Receivable? Enjoy being part of a team that values communication and people as much as you do?

Our client is not your run-of-the-mill engineering firm. For close to 40 years, they've been delivering top-notch engineering, procurement, and construction management services across a diverse range of industries – from oil & gas to renewable energy, and everything in between. Their projects don't just tick boxes; they shape industries. And guess what? They're growing!

With offices around Australia (and some pretty cool projects overseas), their Adelaide team is looking for an Accounts Receivable Superstar to help keep things running smoothly, while making sure clients stay on track with their payments.

What You'll Be Doing: Entering client purchase orders with precision Prepping accurate and timely invoices like a pro Chatting with Project Managers to ensure all the numbers line up before those invoices fly out Handle client follow-ups with the dedication you'd give to managing your own finances, keeping accounts on track effortlessly Keeping Accounts Receivable squeaky clean and reconciled Explore AR reports to uncover and investigate patterns and trends, keeping a pulse on account insights Assisting with general admin tasks to help the office vibe stay on point. What We're Looking For: At least 2 years of solid Accounts Receivable experience to the role (bonus if you've been in professional services!) Intermediate skills in MS Office (you know your way around Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong time management and organisational ability A keen eye for detail – nothing slips past you! Strong communication skills – you're the kind of person people love working with, whether they're inside or outside the company Solution-focused approach and a genuine passion for customer service A mindset that's all about teamwork, collaboration, and getting the job done right. Why Our Client? They're more than just an engineering firm. Our client believes in teamwork, integrity, and empowering their people. You'll have plenty of room to grow – whether that's through career progression, professional development, or tackling new challenges.

And it's not all work, either! You'll enjoy employee benefits like paid parental leave, flexibility, an active social club, and opportunities to travel for work. Their diverse and inclusive workplace welcomes everyone to bring their whole self to work, and they genuinely care about your growth.

Ready to join a team where your skills won't go unnoticed? Apply now and let's chat about how you can help shape the future with our client!
