Accounts Receivable

Darwin-based Airport Development Group (ADG) owns and manages diverse infrastructure assets across the Northern Territory including airports, hotels, aviation and commercial buildings.Our Finance function is predominantly based in our Cairns office where this role is based.
Reporting to the Transactional Services Manager you will carry out the Accounts Receivable and Collections functions within the Corporate Services Department and support the ADG team members with various tasks and projects as required.
This will be a fixed term contract to cover parental leave until June 2025.

We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented individual to take on key Accounts Receivable duties. You will:
Raise and issue invoices
Monitor invoicing requests to ensure timely flow
Respond quickly to accounts receivable inquiries
Prepare monthly debt reports and calculations
Organize debtors meetings
The ideal candidate has:
Background in Accounts Receivable
Knowledge of accounting processes
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
A team player attitude
Excel expertise
Eligibility to pass background checks
Additional preferred qualifications include:
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Previous finance experience
Familiarity with our software systems - TechOne
