We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Junior in Accounts Receivable.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role and be an integral part of the Finance Team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be working onsite based in Stapylton , Gold Coast.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Reconciliation of incoming funds and ensure correct allocation of customer payments Process daily collections and credit claims in POS system Follow up with debtors on payments (via phone and email) Preparation/processing of monthly debtor statements Aged debtors reporting Credit application checks and new debtor account set-up Monitor credit limit with exceptional reporting Manage trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals Liaise with debt collection team and solicitors Respond to and investigate customer enquiries in a timely manner Support the Finance Team Ideally you will have: Previous experience in a similar role Thorough attention to detail The ability to stay on top of things, meet deadlines and respond quickly to changing priorities Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks Excellent communication and people skills Punctuality and work commitment Strong desire to learn and adapt to our current and new systems High integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information Full working rights in Australia What's on Offer: Working with highly prestigious brand Competitive remuneration (depend on experience) On the job training and in-house eLearning Stable employment with the opportunity for career progression Excellent exposure to working with multiple software platforms Family friendly working environment Generous staff discounts and benefits Good work life balance Free parking available within office compound Hours of work are Monday to Friday (no weekends or public holidays), 2 weeks closure over the Christmas period Immediate start!
