Due to expansion, we are looking for the final piece of our new Credit Team puzzle at Brandt Head Office in Ballarat.About the role:As an Accounts Receivable Administrator for Brandt, you will be a pivotal to continue the momentum of our dynamic team.• Debtor Collection and Management• Debtor Credit Application• Daily Bank Reconciliation• Contact customers re overdue accounts and arrange payment including resolving issues to enable payment.• Maintain the Accounts Receivable database.• Educate and train branch staff on accounts receivable policies and processes.• Support other office administrative operations.About you: • Must have proven accounts receivable experience.• A quick learner with superb administration skills and high attention to detail.• Excellent communication with the ability to negotiate.• Organisation and Time Management skills to meet deadlines.• Professional attitude with customers, suppliers and colleagues.• Team player willing to go the extra mile for others.• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite• Self-motivated and driven to achieve high results.About us:Brandt is a world-leading equipment dealer, powered by iconic brands and unrivalled support.
