Accounts Payable Team Leader

Key AccountabilitiesReporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will manage the accounts officers and demonstrate general all-round administration and accounts ability to deliver quality and timely assistance across the business.Key Responsibilities Lead the administration of the Accounts Payable Automation/OCR ToolAssist in the roll-out of an expense management toolManage the ongoing maintenance of the expense management toolManage 6 accounts officers in resolving AP related queriesManage the new supplier onboarding process (contract signing)Manage the maintenance of Supplier Accounts/Records (Pronto)Manage the processing of ABA's into the bank account daily/weekly/monthlyAssist the Financial Controller and broader finance team in resolving AP related queriesEnsure adherence of the team to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and other Company Policies and ProceduresAny other duties as required within your skill level and qualificationsSkills and Capabilities:Previous leadership experiencePrevious accounts payable experience with an accounting backgroundPrevious exposure to AP processing in multi-site high invoice volume environmentsPrevious OCR/AP Automation experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word - Intermediate)Ability to prioritise, highly productiveStrong general administration skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamEffective communication skills at all levelsAbility to review reports #J-18808-Ljbffr
