Accounts Payable/Receivable/Bookkeeper (Part-Time) Accounts Payable/Receivable/Bookkeeper (Part-Time) We are seeking a confident and self-driven finance professional to fill a vital role in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Bookkeeping area of Autobarn Lismore. Immediate start available.
The position is Part-Time – between 20 and 25 hours per week.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position and a proven knowledge of company finance functions, especially Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise is critical to the success of this role as you will be involved in a variety of tasks, such as but certainly not limited to:
Accounts Payable/ Receivable functions. Reconciliation of supplier statements, (follow up missing invoices / delivery dockets). Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing issues. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments to creditors and other vendors. Process Debtor statements and maintain aged debtor ledgers. Banking and cash draw reconciliation. Petty cash control. Assist in month-end closing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist with other financial reporting requirements as required. General Bookkeeping functions as required. Archiving as required. Restocking administration, cleaning and amenities stock as required. Essential requirements also include:
An ability to learn and adapt to processing in multiple computer systems. Experience with MYOB and Pronto preferred but not essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong focus on attention to detail. A flexible, positive attitude and resilient nature. A professional telephone manner and personal presentation standards. A commitment to customer service, teamwork, and confidentiality.
