A leading private all-girls school in the inner Eastern Suburbs is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a part-time basis working 3 days a week. This position is ideal for an immediate start and will give you the potential to go permanent. You will be joining their close-knit finance team working towards maintaining the objectives and values of the school.
Your new role
End-to-end accounts payable
Enter and ensure correct documentation
AP reconciliations
Clear backlog of invoices
Additional finance ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience with AP is essential
Experience using Synergetic is beneficial
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Be flexible and willing to learn
