The Opportunity: Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role with room to grow?
AMA Collision Arundel is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our vibrant team on a 3-day week basis.
This is a permanent, part-time position within the thriving AMA Group, offering not only stability but also ample opportunities for career advancement and personal development.
What You'll Be Doing: As a crucial member of our Accounts Payable team, you'll: Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accuracy.
Process and pay purchase invoices with precision.
Address and resolve accounts payable queries and discrepancies.
Investigate and rectify any creditor issues to ensure smooth operations.
Is This You?
We're seeking someone with: Over 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Proven ability to handle a high volume of reconciliations.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The capability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
