5 days a week, 20-24 hours a week  National Plastics & Rubber is a leading Australian-owned manufacturer of quality polyurethane, industrial plastic & and rubber products. We have been supplying domestic & international mining, construction & and automotive industries for over 25 years.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts team and provide support to our Finance Manager.  Most of our employees are long term due to a great culture, support, and flexibility.
About you: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role Strong attention to detail and accurate data entryAbility to work independently with exceptional organisational and work coordination skillsIntermediate MS Office skillsStrong ERP systems and computers skills with proven ability to quickly learn new softwareGood interpersonal skills and enjoys being part of a teamManufacturing background highly regarded About the Role:  Accurately process invoices/credits Investigate discrepancies to resolution with suppliers and internal team Reconcile supplier statements Manage company credit cardsProcess Employee reimbursements Create, update, and maintain supplier cards Assist with customer invoicing as required and other ad hoc accounts activities Please note that only candidates that have been selected for interview will be contacted.
