And as part of our fun and dynamic team, you'll enjoy celebrating success together!Key responsibilities include:Process high volumes of invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approval workflowsResolve discrepancies or delays promptly, collaborating with the Accounts Payable Team Lead as neededMaintain a neat and organised invoice filing system for easy record retrievalPerform reconciliations, ensuring transactions balance and supporting financial reviewsManage vendor payment queries with a friendly and professional approachAssist with period-end reconciliations, audit preparations, and compliance reportingMaintain data integrity for vendor records and contribute to improving processesWhat You'll BringExperience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role (experience in construction or a related field is a bonus)Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficientlyKnowledge of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with a problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and vendorsA proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for learning and developmentWhy Join Us?At ABN Group, people are at the heart of everything we do.
