More information can be found on the Uniting AgeWell website - www.unitingagewell.org About the role: The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for providing a timely and accurate accounts payable service and excellent customer service to all levels of users.
In this role, you will:
Perform AP related duties in accordance with the cyclical calendar for processing supplier invoices, employee related expense claims and third-party paymentsProcess petty cash, debit cards and adhoc payments in accordance with company policyRespond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepanciesPrepare electronic funds transfersEnsure the completeness and accuracy of supplier records and master filesLiaise with external and internal stakeholdersProcessing and payments of supplier, client and staff expenses within payment termsYou are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
