About the Role We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in a part-time, contract capacity until the end of July 2025.
30 hours per week, with flexibility to negotiate hours and days worked Hybrid role, Tuesday and Wednesday work from the Brisbane office.
Work from home or one of our 6 offices on the other days In this role, you will be responsible for the accounts payable function for The Industry School by completing payments and controlling expenditures through the timely and accurate processing, verifying, and reconciling of invoices, staff reimbursements, and our corporate credit card facility.
Key Responsibilities include : Full function of the accounts payable duties of the School Handle queries and maintain relationships with suppliers Manage the Flexi-Purchase staff reimbursement and corporate credit card expense management system Complete accounts payable statement reconciliations on a monthly basis Overseeing the Purchase Order system Assist internal staff with enquiries, processes and month end Our Values – how we show up Our values play a critical role in cultivating culture.
