Accounts Payable Officer

We are urgently seeking your accounts payable and administration experience for an upcoming temporary assignment in Darra (1 month initially, potential to extend).
Working with a market leader in transport refrigeration products, this role will provide support with: Setting up new supplier accounts.
Processing invoices into the accounts payable system; ensuring accurate processing within deadlines.
Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues to ensure prompt payments.
Completing monthly reconciliations and preparing monthly Statements.
Management of Accounts Payable mailbox.
Associated administrative support.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate: Previous experience in accounts payable and administration.
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Experience using finance software, with confidence learning new technology.
Confidence using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Availability to commence asap.
