Support the Accounts Payable function Zip is looking for an exceptional Accounts Payable Manager to join the Finance Team, reporting directly to the Manager, ANZ Finance Operations.

Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable function and associated approval workflow management. Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring they are accurately recorded in AP/accounting systems with correct GST coding. Process weekly Accounts Payable batches and distribute remittances. Drive timely approval and payment of invoices through proactive partnering with the business. Assist and administer employee expense reimbursements and expense systems as required. Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. Contribute to ongoing improvement of AP processes and controls. Contribute to monthly BAS review process including partnering with the tax team. Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. Assist with cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations. Assist with Modern Slavery and Payment Times Reporting Scheme reporting requirements. Assist the broader Finance team with ad hoc queries. What you'll bring to the team: At least 5 years experience in an AP manager capacity, with experience managing internal and external stakeholders. Experience as a system administrator for AP and expense management systems. Experience with complex GST (apportionment/reverse charge etc). Ability to enforce a strict Delegation of Authority. Intermediate level Excel skills. Experience in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills. An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
