Accounts Payable

AccountAbility are pleased to working with a leading transport company based in Alexandria who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable officer on a 6 month Fixed Term contract with the possibility for extension.
This role will be working in a small team of 3 where you will be processing end to end Accounts Payable.
Duties:
Review and process incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.Execute timely payment of invoices through various methods, adhering to payment terms.Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records.Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements in all accounts payable activities.Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.The right candidate:
2+ Years Accounts Payable experienceExperience using NetSuite system (Desirable not essential)Strong attention to detailProactive and hands-on approachAvailable to start immediatelyWhat we offer:
