Your New Company This company based in the Northern suburbs of Hobart is an industry leader within its field and prides itself on providing comprehensive service.
They are looking for an Accounts Payable superstar to join its finance team in a full-time permanent capacity.
Your new role As the Accounts Payable Officer for the company, your main tasks and duties will include but are not limited to the below:
Processing payments: Receipting and processing of supplier invoices.Reconciling of Supplier statements.Preparing EOM payment runs.Reconciling of all bank accounts.Finalising work in progress reporting for the project team.Performing End of Month tasks to finalise Management Reports, for example, posting of manual journals.Preparation of management reports, which include divisional reporting, balance sheets, highlight trends, ratios, and budget versus actual comparisons.What You'll Do Click here to view more detail / apply for Accounts Payable.
