Job Title: Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file Monthly BAS and IAS returns.Perform monthly reconciliations for credit cards, bank accounts, and loans.Support employee wage processing.Provide necessary information to approved third parties.Generate monthly management accounts and financial reports.Suggest and implement improvements for operational efficiency.Skills and Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in accounts payable or a closely related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Excel, with a proven ability to quickly master new systems (experience with MYOB is highly desirable)Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliationExcellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are error-freeExceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindsetReliable and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective collaborationSelf-motivated with a high level of personal drive to achieve goalsApplication Questions: How many years of accounts payable experience do you have?What specific data entry experience do you possess?
