We are urgently looking for
Three suitable candidates for the temporary position of Account Payable Loc.
: Hoibart Tasmania 7000
Shift: Mon to Fri - 9 am to 5 pm.
Pay: $42.74
Tenure:
Position 1 - Start immediately until 29 November 2024.Position 2 - Start immediately until 28 February 2025.Position 3 - Start immediately until 30 March 2025.The key duties of the role:
The main regular tasks that would likely be performed include:
Create and maintain Vendors in Navision/Eftsure including bank account detailsAction Vendor queriesReconcile Vendor accounts with StatementsUpload invoices into NavisionPayment run - EFTProcess open invoices and creditsCode purchase invoices for the Finance DivisionDepending on capability, candidates could also gradually move onto more complex tasks such as:
Manage AP emailsAmpol monthly accountCheck and process purchasing card expensesPayment vouchersPetty cash vouchersKemily Amorim
