About the Role We have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance team.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative assistance in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Key responsibilities of the role include; Invoice processing; data input, reconciliations and filing Assist with suppliers invoicing queries Payment processing; daily and weekly EFT's and cheques Reconciling vendor statements 2 - 3 years previous accounts payable experience is preferred, with the focus being high attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal along with good organisational skills are key to the success of this role.
You must also have the ability to work in a team environment as well as working autonomously when required.
Previous exposure and experience with Excel, FX payment and Outlook would also be highly regarded.
