About the Role Join our team at Monford Group as an Accounts Payable (AP) professional, with flexible hours available!
Whether you're looking for school hours (9AM-3PM) or full-time, this role is the perfect fit.
You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable ledgers.
From setting up new suppliers and processing invoices in the ERP system to ensuring timely payments, you'll be the go-to expert for all things AP.
In this role, you'll be: Executing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable for our construction projects Accurately setting up new suppliers and recording their invoices Making sure suppliers are paid on time Working with suppliers and internal teams to sort out any invoice or payment discrepancies Owning the month-end close process for the Payables Ledger Reconciling all bank accounts like a finance whiz Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and handling weekly/ad-hoc payments Analysing and reporting on AP results, including creditor aging  Roster: Monday – Friday Location: Monford Head Office, Perth Flexible hours: 9AM-3PM (school hours) or full-time!

Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
