Currently we have an opportunity available to join our Corporate Services/Administration team, located at our head office in Para Hills West, in the role of Accounts Payable Clerk.
What will you do? Accounts Payable Clerk This position is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of supplier accounts in a high volume, fast paced role! This involves:
Processing supplier account application requirementsProcessing invoices with PO's, correct accounting codes, authorisations etcReconciling monthly supplier statements and attend to any discrepanciesRaise payments – both Cheques and EFTRespond to account queries promptlyTo be successful in this role you must have:
Have effective time management skills Proven experience in processing invoices and paymentsExperience in a high-volume accounts environmentThe ability to reconcile creditors & debtors within a timely mannerHave a sound understanding of accounting processesHave a strong attention to detailBe computer literate along with an excellent telephone mannerInterested?
