As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team.The successful applicant will work closely with our Administration team to maintain accurate records, ensure timely payments, and support the Logistics team with data entry as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a supportive, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring invoices are accurately recorded.Process domestic invoices when required in order to assist the Logistics team.Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers or customers.Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses.Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers.Qualifications & Experience:Previous experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable would be an advantage but is not essential.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, problem-solving approach to resolving discrepancies.Previous experience in the wine or hospitality industry with a current RSA may be an advantage, but not essential.If you have a strong eye for detail, a passion for working with numbers, and are looking for an opportunity to grow in a thriving industry, we would love to hear from you!
