About the Opportunity
As a valued member of the Accounts Payable (AP) team, you will play an important and active role in ensuring an effective control environment and support spend governance activities.

You will achieve this with a strong focus on the quality of transactional data and quality assurance activities supported by your proficiency and expertise.
Quality checks and processing of payments to ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers, members, and employee reimbursementsMonitoring and investigating system integration and transaction exceptions in AP systems and identifying improvement opportunitiesManaging internal and external transaction queries and providing advice as well as developing and delivering educational material for AP processesCreation of reporting and data management to deliver visibility of spend, user behaviours and process performance in AP systemsAssisting with identifying, developing, planning and implementing continuous improvement and governance initiatives for AP processesContributing to Finance Control priorities through effective relationships and positive contributions within the team and the wider business Who we're looking for and what you'll bring

You'll come with:
Minimum 3 years' experience within an accounts payable/procurement/purchasing functionQualification in Business/Accounting and or equivalent experience (desirable)Understanding of financial principles and AP processesUnderstanding of SAP (legacy systems) and Concur (desirable)Analysis and data visualisationExperience with AP technology and high-level computer literacyPriority and time management skillsStrong verbal & written communication skills Our difference
