Accounts Payable Administrator Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Job Description Summary: Cushman & Wakefield are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Parramatta office.
Hybrid workplace environment.
Job Description: As part of the Finance team within the Portfolio Service Centre (PSC), this role will help drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues.
About the role: Telephone & Email AP Queries Reprint Remittances Providing expected payment dates to vendors Liaise with internal staff on AP queries Efficient management of Accounts Payable queries Stakeholder Engagement with efficient resolution of issues About you: Experience with JDE preferred Experience in Accounts Payable required Excellent attention to detail Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage stakeholders to achieve goals Ability to understand systems and data issues Ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
