Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities include: Responsible for the invoicing and receipting of sales invoices on completion of projects.Manage invoice receipt, review, and processing, ensuring accurate coding and authorisation.Maintain vendor accounts and support account reconciliation.Take various phone calls and answer emails regarding project workflow and complianceExecute payment processing, reconcile batches, and ensure prompt remittance.Liaise with customers while communicating to internal stakeholders on any accounts and administrative updatesUphold internal controls, regulatory requirements, and actively participate in process enhancement initiatives.Establish new supplier accounts and validate banking information.Perform daily bank reconciliations and allocate payments accordingly.About you: Ideally, we are looking for someone with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an Australian business. The ideal person is an excellent communicator, is reliable, dedicated, the go-to person for all project account information, and someone with a strong commitment to success.
