Come and join us! Pindari are looking for a driven and organised Accounts Officer to join our busy Finance team in our Dunsborough head office.
This position is required due to continual growth for our business.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position is responsible for assisting the Finance Department in executing the company's day to day accounting activities.
Experience & Specialist Training required: Experience in business administration, excel spreadsheets, preparing and reporting financial data.Competent in accounting principles, systems and processes to ensure Company compliance, continuous improvement and best practice.A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in accounts or finance.Proficient computer skills - using Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite, a range of financial and payroll packages including Cloud-based products (MYOB, Xero) as a minimum.Personal Attributes Required: Good organisational skills and ability to work well in a team.Willingness to learn and adapt.Well-developed people skills, effective communication and customer service capabilities are essential to work with a range of stakeholders including Pindari's three business divisions and a large remote FIFO workforce.Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to take instruction and follow through on tasks.High level of attention to detail and accuracy and a commitment to compliance.Problem-solving capabilities – identify issues, analyse data and work with your team and other stakeholders to solve problems.What we can offer: A hybrid/flexible role to suit your work-life balance.Full time or Part time roster available for the right candidate.We offer highly competitive salary along with regular salary reviews.Training and professional development opportunities.We are a highly supportive organisation.
